[TYPO3-hci] Backend in "Mambo"-Mode

I share this idea.
The current back-end is quit difficult for novice users.

If this could be realised, novice content editors can use the system without
training.

I think this has been suggested before, althiugh without mentioning the 
*ah* name.

But I like the idea.
