It is a set of standards for HTML page layout and HTML extension layout
that developers would be proposed to implement. Similar to Kaspers
suggestion but already a step further.
It unifies the look and feel of extensions. This improves the usibility of
the FE for humans.
It's is an standardized interface between HTML and CSS. It gives us the
possibility to provide collections of CSS Skins public and private.
