[TYPO3-hci] Focus on the user not the tech

In my opinion the Typo3 interface has focus on the Typo3 tech-part and not 
on the user-part. It is now time to move the focus form the many T3-objects 
to the task the user has to perform.



One time too many the user has to switch between different backend modules 
(often the list-module is involved) to perform simple tasks.



Advanced tasks always involve more modules but maybe 5-10 of the most common 
tasks can be changed to help the user.



A starting page with a headline like "What would you like to do?" and then 5 
suggestions with easy ways to perform the task could be a starting point.
