[Typo3-extrev] The Extention Revi3ew homepage

Hi Guys,

I set up an initial page regarding the extention review process:
http://typo3.org/development/teams/extreview

please have a look on it. 

i also started some section in the wiki: 
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Extention_Review

please fill this part, if you have time.

any comments are welcome, also for a more informative text on the typo3
page. 

feel free to send me some content to put it online. 

i think we should plan some extention review weekend after TYCON3. for
that, please raise your hand if you are really interested in participating
in such a weekend. this would make it easier to find a location, wich ist
reachable at low cost for everybody. 

also, we should find a platform for the extrev process to document and to
coordinate everything. 

i thought about a Request tracker or similar. any ideas ? if you all agree
with the workflow, i think we should start reviewing some extentions, to
proof that the process works and to motivate people to participate.
