[Typo3-extrev] Extension review process documentation

Hi all,

I am pretty interested in the topic of extension reviewing and extension
coordination and I am supporting the approach of Elmar to establish a
new Extension Coordination Team (ECT). I just followed the issues of
this mailing list and had a look at the website of the current Extension
Review Team (http://typo3.org/teams/extrev/).

Unfortunately I wasn't able to open the three documents provided at the
news site with my openoffice installation. So if anybody could send me
the pdf or the openOffice 2.0 (I have to check tomorrow if the opening
problems are the same on another machine) versions of the documents it
would be great. I hope the work already accomplished could give us some
 valuable input for the initial phase of the ECT foundation.
