[TYPO3-ect] Introduction package installation - RTE (not) enabled by default

When installing 6.2.6, Official Intro Package - 2.0.0 (25.03.2014) , RTE is not enabled for the user by default.

This can be daunting for new users.
Where (forums, etc) should I put forward a suggestion to enable RTE by default?
