I was hoping to avoid that, because its roadmap has been written in 
published media. Once I get to pushing the next version to TER, I'll 
take up your suggestion though.

Until then, I'm content with v5.0.0 no longer showing up in at least the 
extensionmanager, thanks to Jigal and Marcus.
