[TYPO3-ect] Sonar for Extension not up-to-date

Hey Thomas,

thanks for putting this topic into visibility again.
And thanks to Jigal, he has informed me via twitter yesterday.

First of all, i am not the main person who is responsible for 
metrics.typo3.org.
I am one person of the TYPO3 QA team (which was quite inactive since ~1 
year).
And honestly, i can`t say "this will be running next week again" right 
now, because i didn`t had a look at this since a long time.
But i am interested in this and maybe we can get this up and running again.

But first i will have a deeper look at it in the next days.
I made the first steps into this direction and contacted various persons 
which was involved in this topic earlier to get some background 
information and will try to renew my access to the server instance.
Steffen Gebert is one of the helpful hands from the server team who 
(hopefully) will assist :)

I think if we / i got an overview we will clarify the situation on the 
mailinglist / in a news post to decide if this service will be continued 
or closed or if there will be a substitude (like travisci or 
coveralls.io or something).
