[TYPO3-ect] Sonar for Extension not up-to-date

Hi Dirk,

it also seem to me that responsibility is missing on this part of the T3 
infrastructure.
That´s a pity from my point of view because not all extension developers - 
including me - got an alternative which they could use.
IMHO T3 team should spend some more attention on thos tools they provide.

Unfortunately I've got another point using the translation server with my 
extension.
It seem also there that changes in new versions of an extension are not 
propagated automatically to the souce language of the translation server.
I'm not very happy seeing that basically good solutions got subverted by 
such sloppy errors.

I experienced the same issue with my extension t3events.
It is broken since 20. Jul 2013 now. It seems that nobody feels
responsible for this process and it might be better to remove the
misleading links from TER.

I decided to use coveralls.io for code coverage analysis and will try
and integrate phpcs in the build process on travis-ci.org.
