[TYPO3-ect] Want to use an extensionKey which is registered but not used

Hey there,

I have a ready extension and want to push it to the TER. I tried to 
register the key i want to use, but its registered. So i searched in TER 
for an extension which use this key, but did not find one.
It is possible to contact the key owner to ask him about leaving me the 
key?
