[TYPO3-ect] Remove botched extension version from TER

We have a special Admin module for those actions, but this is broken for 
quite a while now. There is a patch pending, but for some unknown reason 
the patch hasn't been applied to the live server.

Once the Admin module is working again I'll remove this item. 
Unfortunately I have no other way of performing this operation.
