Did you take over the extension?
i was wondering if you had a version working for TYPO3 4.7.x

GPVar is replaced with _GP in the present version, and date if saved to the database, but seriliasation goes wrong so the data is not viewable in the backend, but fileds can be found in the _fields table.. 

If the version you wrote about here for 4.5 is the newsest version then i would like to get my hands on that and make it work for 4.7.8 instead of making the old one work.
