[TYPO3-ect] Remove botched extension version from TER

It is not possible to remove the versions 5.0.0 or 4.0.0 using the fixed 
admin tool. The previous attempts to remove 5.0.0 have probably only 
deleted part of the data.
The question is still out to the TER team to repair this somehow, but I 
don't know if this will be done any time soon.
