Do you think it right, to preach on the one hand to not wait for the 
Tooth Fairy and to not answer the question of the real bottlenecks
on the other?

I have enough experience to know, that one should address the 
possible blockers in advance else all efforts lead to nothing. 
That is really demotivating for people.
