Thank you for offering your help. All the steps that are to be taken are 
listed in the ECT forge issues. The general plans are also listed in the 
ECT forge wiki. Maybe you can already put your ideas in forge?

I'll try to find a suitable time for a meeting; 5pm is quite an 
impossible time :-)
