These requests can go to this list or the Extension Coordination team 
bugtracker on forge. We will find the way to get it done (since the 
typo3.org relaunch there is no tool any more, but a feature request for 
such a tool is already made).

The EC team is a suitable, central place to handle extension related 
issues and prevents that people are sent from person to person for these 
things.
