[TYPO3-ect] Ter Cleanup request

Hello Jigal,

as just 86 persons downloaded it - i'm for the rough way of simply
deleting it - to prevent others from using it.

This is a way better than just marking it as absolete ;) especially as i
wont guaranty, that there is no security issue in this old project.
