[TYPO3-ect] Please flag lib/div as obsolete!

Hello,

Normally I'm a very cautious person, but this time I request to transfer the
extension to me.
I 'm familiar with lib/div and TYPO3 as I use it for now almost five years.

In the last weeks I had contact with Thomas Kowtsch already and he has sent
me some code example to solve the problem already. Bus his solution was not
sufficient. He suggestet to simply replace the functions call to
t3lib_div::makeInstanceClassName() with t3lib_div::makeInstance(), but
didn't consider the different data types of the result. This forceschanges
in the existing extensions using lib/div.
My approach is NOT to change the API of lib/div but do some recode of the
existing functions instead.
