[TYPO3-ect] Request to transfer <lib> to myself

All,

with upcoming release of TYPO3 4.6, all extensions still relying on 
<lib> will fail due to

Fatal error: Call to undefined method t3lib_div::makeInstanceClassName() 
in 
H:\PortableApps\xampp\htdocs\typo3conf\ext\lib\class.tx_lib_t3Loader.php 
on line 115

With reference to the threads

I kindly ask to transfer the extension to my account (thomaskowtsch).

I will take care of at least these action items:
- get the error mentioned above solved
- get rid of PHP 5.3 annoyances (split() function [1])

Further updates maybe can happen, but are not in focus today.

PS: Is there any smart way to get a list of extensions that have set a 
dependency on a certain extension? If yes, I volunteer to contact the 
author of these extensions as well if there is a chance to change their 
ext's as well.
