[TYPO3-ect] Transfer of extkey "news"

Hi,

I would like to request the transfer of the extension key "news" to my
user "just2b" as I would use it instead of "news2".

There is no project on forge for news, the email address of the user has
vanished (it is from a university in munich and it seems the author is
not there anymore), he can't be googled and Steffen K tried already the
last 2 months to contact the user.
