[TYPO3-ect] Duplicates in extension keys

Hi!


While working on new EM, I stumbled over extension key duplicates.

The TER contains an extension with key

"AjaxChat" and one with key "ajaxchat"

Both were uploaded in 2006 by the same user.

Latest version of "AjaxChat" is 0.0.3 and latest version of "ajaxchat"
is 0.0.2.


1. Only extension keys with lowercase a-z and underscore are allowed.
2. Such duplicate makes DB handling unnecessary complicated.


I'd like to see "AjaxChat" removed (would require re-upload of version
0.0.3 with extkey "ajaxchat").
