[TYPO3-ect] request for extension key transfer (autometa)

Hello,

the key seems to be inactive/unused for a while now - last time i 
checked might be around november 2009.

too bad i didn't knew about the key-transfer process or rules, i could 
have asked earlier.

it's also a bit problematic to contact the key owner since there is no 
method for that. neither an e-mail adress nor an anonymous contact form. 
maybe such thing should be incorporated into TER.
