[TYPO3-ect] request for extension key transfer (autometa)

Hello Steffen and Patrick,

do you have access for the TER in the moment? Would be good if you can
transfer the key for him.

Once we decided how to handle existing extensions
http://forge.typo3.org/wiki/extension-ect/Extensionkey_transfer

I think for just the extensionkey that time-period should be shorter,
what's about 1 month?
