[TYPO3-ect] tx_party contributions

Hello Niels,

I have written emails to all members of the Party Extension.
Oliver Hader has announced the generic domain objects.
Jochen Rau seems to develop something with generic domain objects based
on the OASIS standard.

There is however no plan to develop party any further. I have become a
co-leader. However I cannot upload anything to TER.
This is very disappointing. Now all the users are forced to search for
this extension and invest extra time.
