[TYPO3-ect] Best way to commit changes to svn in forge/

Hello all,

I am about to update the extension sociallogin2t3. The project is 
already in forge. I am key owner. I also have committed the initial 
release into svn.

I want to submit changes to svn trunk, mark a new version in svn and 
upload it to svn.

How someone advice me with some quick steps?
