[TYPO3-ect] Mark own extension obsolete by version

Attention please:
The whole extension would be 'obsolete' then.
You cannot do this only for a version of the extension.

Maybe you can delete an older version completely from TER, if you go to 
typo3.org and 'extensions'.
However the management of extensions is broken since many years.
