[TYPO3-ect] Mark own extension obsolete by version

Hello guys,

is there anyway to mark some versions of my own extensions as obsolete.
It would be nice if the following versions wouldn't be downloadable via
TER anymore:

 - piwikintegration 3.0.0
 - piwikintegration 3.0.1

I recently uploaded piwikintegration 3.0.2.

I've a great refactoring and submitted some preview releases.
