[TYPO3-ect] MVC-Extension made by kickstarter__mvc

I am using the standard kickstarter to create the basic setup,
database and backend files. For the FE I then use the lib/div
extensions. I basically had a look at the examples and figured out how
to use the libraries.

I tried the mvc-kickstarter, but it didn't seem to work when I tried.
I am not sure it is still maintained and in tune with the current
lib/div.
