But why an extension? Even more interesting would be to ship FLOW3 as 
part of TYPO3 4.3. It'd be thrilling to make use of coll new stuff 
instead of patching t3lib again and again.

But of course this would mean (ideally) an API freeze for all FLOW3 
components that are shipped (and used) by the Core itself.
