yes, thanks!

As long we cannot create subprojects we should have topics like 
"Javascript Frameworks coordination" as categories.

We should not create other projects like "ECT JS" and other "ECT [A-Z]+" 
projects, that would be chaotic :-)

Two other candidates for categories (from http://wiki.typo3.org/ECT ) are:
* Rights Management Frameworks
* Forms Frameworks
* Caching Solutions
* Party People Users Address Frameworks

I think that's enough to move the wiki-stuff to this forge-project.
