[TYPO3-ect] ECT on forge

Hi,

after moving svn to forge, there are now several projects that are not 
maintained and belong together.

So the plan is to merge all this projects to one project.

ECT - Project containing
* lib
* div
* ect
* apples/bananas

The leaders should be all of the actives like
Franz, Joerg, Christian, me (anyone forgotten?)

What do you think, any extension i missed?
