[TYPO3-ect] tx_lib_validator: call to undefined method get() + bugfix

Hi guys,

just wanted to inform you, that there is another major bug in current 
SVN version of lib. If you have ever used the validator, you might have 
noticed it.

In short: the validation object tries to call a method of a non existing 
setup object, that was renamed during the latest changes of Elmar.
