I do not know if the extension sr_feuser_register should be changed here.

Maybe it should be allowed to edit and delete even records for fe_users 
without any need to be logged in as a FE user. Then the table tt_address 
would not at all be needed, because you have the address data already in 
the fe_users table. And no merge extension would be necessary.
