Hi,

you can store this information as imprint or disclaimer.
Here is an example "http://www.fechten-nds.de/service/impressum/" which 
should cover most parts (no warranty). But you can use it and modify for 
your needs.
For your needs you have to modify the part about "Kein Vertragsverhältnis".
