[TYPO3-ect] My first impression of lib/div

Hey guys,

I read about a templating implementation of using the "classic TYPO3 
templating". I only seem to find the PHP templating -- how do I achieve 
the TYPO3 one?

Sorry about the tone here, I'm just trying to understand the purposes 
and the status, I don't want to attack somebody.
