Hello,

The extension didn't work for 4.2 RC2, so I updated it and did some 
minor improvements.

All PEAR-users can now check if the package is already installed in 
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['PEAR']['packagePath'] - and when not a shipped-in 
PEAR-package can be used. Please put own packages at the END of the 
include_path, because so admins can update the package with pear.

The moduleicon is changing now. When the installer is not protected by 
.htaccess or protect-button the icon shows a red sign. In the moment the 
menu-frame doesn't refresh automatically, but now I know how to do it 
for 4.2 and previous versions and can add this in the next version.
