[TYPO3-ect] SOAP echo

Hello,

I think I'm not the only one who needs an echo webservice. So I 
published the extension "soap_echo" now. I need it often.

Important for me was that it creates a WSDL to show what operations are 
possible.

It's beta, because it's just a little bit localized now and logging of 
requests is not done yet.

If you use it and find bugs so please post it in the "tx_pear" list on 
bugs.typo3.org - and if you have any wishes so just write herer in ECT-list.
