Hi Mads,

it's a long time ago i created that with tortoise.
AFAIK - you make right click on your ext folder and choose tortoise / 
Import. Then you enter the url, should be
https://typo3xdev.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/typo3xdev/tx_categories/trunk

That should be all to do.
