why not using really "simple" headers so that the users direct understand?

so in my eyes all extension that gives me a bundle of functions but don't 
render something by themselfes are libraries.
PHPUnit would be a tool such as phpMyAdmin or extdeveval
Apple, Bananas etc. are Examples or Tutorials
etc.

I would like that new developers want to understand the ideas behind.
maybe i think too practical?
