[TYPO3-ect] Taxonomies / categories II

Just further thoughts... I'm hoping another joins in to help explain.

CRUD (Create, read, update and delete) is basic to all web  
applications. I'm just thinking that an API should be able to account  
for these same operations where categories is concerned.

For pages; it'd be to CRUD pages with cat A.
For content; it'd be to CRUD pages with cat B.
etc.

For related items, CRUD would try to affect all related items by that  
category.

The API could affect 1 or more items at a time.
