Hello,

the needed changes are inside now
* include_path: new path "localconf/pear/PEAR" because so an
extension-update is easy and the PEAR-webinterface-folder is easier to
double-secure by .htaccess
* download-location: http://pear.php.net/go-pear because go-pear.org not
available anymore
* better handling of include_path when other extensions have
PEAR-packages inside
