Next thing is how we can clear the TER-cache once a week or every 2 weeks.

The new changes are not seeable in the moment, and some extensions just
are shown as an old version in ExtensionManager/"import extension" (lib
0.0.20, div 0.0.9, phpunit 3.0.52, xajax 0.2.4, extjs 1.0.1, pear 2.3.1)
