[TYPO3-ect] Problems with switch

Hello,
Im just begining to make a new extension with the new MVC framework and im 
having some problems using switch controller.
First i tried to make it without switch controller and it works, but now i 
want to make a switch controller.
I have tried looking how efaq its made but then i get no output(i have tried 
to put debug($this) in all the actions but nothing).
Also i have used the new kickstarter but then it impossible for me to get 
output.
I get all the flexform in the BE but nothing in the FE.
I have revised the ext_tables,configurations,controllers i dont find 
anything wired.
Any one could help or  Give me some tips?
