[TYPO3-ect] CoolUI webbased GUI for PHPUnit

Hello,

I spend the last weekend to update the unit testing GUI and to experiment
with tools for the build process, also the documentation build process
namely Phing, Doxygen, Docutils. I will report about the very good
experiences in a differnt thread and will bring up the question what this
tools could do for extension developers.

You find the new version of PHPUnit_CoolUI ready for download on
sourceforge:
