[TYPO3-ect] latest extension coding guidelines

Ok, but I've understood the MVC model, based on div/lib is going to be 
the next best practice to code an extension... At least, this is an 
effort in this direction in order to unify the developments.

Sounds a good idea. But I am wondering why the div/lib are still in 
alpha ? not feature completed or need some further debuging ?
