[TYPO3-ect] latest extension coding guidelines

Hi !

I would like to know about the latest coding guidelines for a new 
extension.

Is now the MVC model officially recommended (or will be) ? As div/lib 
are still in alpha version, I am wondering if the libraries are mature 
enough to build an extension on it ?

I started to code a simple extension. I remarked that the extension's 
key must not contain an underscore "_". The extension key (= folder's 
name) has to be one word. Is it a bug ?

What are your advices ? Is there somewhere discussions / decisions about 
this ?
