[TYPO3-ect] kickstarter__mvc issues

Hi Jochum,

I have seen this myself indeed and is on my list of bugs for 
kickstarter__mvc

Elmar,
where can I checkout the version for kickster__mvc.
I think I am able to put it in a usable state.
