Hi,

it seems that exactly this causes the problem. The default behaviour
of this setting has been change from 0 to 1 with 4.1.x. 

I still don't discover the use in this change. Many people will set the
no_cache parameter to not working plugins as workaround. That will result
in performance problems and in pages that are not indexed for the search
engine.

For now your solution is what I would recommend for lib/div, because
caching keeps working.
