i can confirm. If i install eFaq on TV-System, included static template, i 
get error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class tx_efaq_controllers_simplefaq in 
L:\x-htdocs\t3\41dev\typo3conf\ext\efaq\controllers\class.tx_efaq_controllers_simplefaq.php 
on line 37
So it seems it's included twice.

I played arround with setup.txt and removed the error by not including the 
eFag-classes there, but still no output.
I will debug a little more, just this notice for you.
