When I evaluated TV I found out:
1. It does not speed up my setup comparing traditional TS artwork.
2. The setup isn't that simple to store within an extension, so
reusibilty is not as good.
3. The handling of the BE forms looked confusing for me. I got the
impression TV would be a step behind for the editors usability.
4. I lost the configuration several times because of TV bugs, wich was
very time consuming.
5. It did not work well in a mixture with traditional setup.
So all in all I would say TV is something you can sell pretty well in one
of Kaspers podcasts to unexperienced beginners. Until it is a tool I could
seriously work with, a lot of improvements have to be done to TV. It's
again one of the many 80% works TYPO3 is currently composed of.
